Offer Columbia made to Delta Air Lines

This Nov. 2, 2011, letter outlines an offer of a $3 million minimum revenue guarantee the city of Columbia made to Delta Airlines in an effort to retain Delta air service in Columbia. On Tuesday, the city of Columbia announced the airline has rejected the offer and will end its service at Columbia Regional Airport in February.
