Two adults have been arrested in connection with vehicle break-ins during a Nov. 4 Helias football game.

Police reports show Joshua Howard, 18, and Lavon Davis, 17, both Jefferson City residents, were taken into custody by members of the department's Community Action Team. Davis is charged with felony theft and first-degree property damage.

Two Jefferson City juveniles also have been detained in connection with the breakins and face charges in the juvenile system.

Six vehicles were damaged to the tune of more than $4,000. There was also $2,150 in property losses.
