Two churches hosting Thanksgiving dinners

First Baptist Church, 301 E. Capitol Avenue is holding a free community dinner Thursday from 6-7 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.

Immaculate Conception Church is holding a dinner from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 26, in Kertz Auditorium.

Individuals may call Samaritan Center at (573) 635-7776 or Immaculate Conception Rectory at 635-6143 to make reservations. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are appreciated.

Does anyone know of any churches serving breakfast that day? Biscuits and gravy would be preferable.... of course, country ham would be okay I suppose. "
