Rams' Hill hopes to return to form

Published: Sunday, August 9, 2009 2:09 AM CDT
ST. LOUIS (AP) -- Healthy after playing just 12 games the past two years, Tye Hill is looking for a fresh start with the St. Louis Rams.

Hill and the rest of the Rams had a day off Saturday as coach Steve Spagnuolo canceled the afternoon practice. The Rams, who held a scrimmage under the lights Friday at Lindenwood University, return to the field Sunday with two practices at Rams Park.

Hill said he's had his share of down times with injuries. He said, "I definitely feel like that's behind me now. I'm ready to move on."

Hill missed the final eight games of the 2007 season with a broken bone in his back. Last season, a knee injury forced him to miss the final 12 games of the Rams' 2-14 campaign.
