Photo: On Wednesday morning, Jefferson City Parks and Recreation workers were hanging Christmas lights on the trees and bushes along Bolivar Street.
The Mayor's Christmas tree will be lit at a 6 p.m. ceremony Thursday in Rotary Park at the end of Bolivar Street.
