Rebecca Albrecht, 37, is now confined to her parents' home in St. James on house arrest.
That was one of the conditions approved by Judge Richard Callahan who was given Albrecht's case after Presiding Judge Pat Joyce transferred it.
Albrecht can not leave the residence except for court appearances or unless she asks the judge for permission and the judge allows it. She must wear an electronic shackle at all times.
Albrecht also was ordered not to initiate any contact with her daughter, Bailey Vieth, unless such contact is approved by the judge having jurisdiction over custody and visitation matters.
Albrecht also was ordered to surrender her passport and did so on Wednesday.
Before the indictments were handed down, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Anji Gandhi argued that Albrecht should remain in jail without bond because she posed a threat to Bailey.
Albrecht's attorney, Randy Barnes, said his client has the constitutional right to be allowed to be free on bond because she's charged with a non-capital crime.
Authorities believe Albrecht concealed Bailey from July 29 through Aug. 20 with the intent to deprive Bailey's father, Christopher Vieth, of his custody rights.
They say she lied to the county grand jury on Aug. 20, as they were investigating Bailey's abduction, testifying she had no idea how the girl had disappeared or where she could be found.
While Albrecht testified, her live-in boyfriend, Christopher West, told investigators Albrecht had hidden Bailey at their home in New Bloomfield and eventually led them to where Bailey was hidden.
