The concert will bring talent from across the state.
Locally, Rowden Review of Meta, will be playing its wellknown traditional bluegrass music.
The 28-year-old family band recently played in Jefferson City as it was featured as part of Missouri River Regional Library's Cultural Concert Series this summer.
From Cassville, Brightwater Junction, will also be showcasing their traditional love for the music. Although keeping tradition alive is their philosophy, they also show diversity when they steer toward gospel.
Other featured bands include The Link family from Lebanon and Rosa String Works Band from Newburg.
The concert will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at 31500 Maries County Road 222, just seven miles south of Meta.
Admission is $12 and children 12 years old and under are free.
Limited electric hook-ups will also be available.
The concert is in memory of Mrs. Barnhart who shared a special love for bluegrass music. It is held the second Saturday in September.
