Husband accused of killing wife with skin patch

ST. CHARLES, Mo. (AP) - A 60-year-old Missouri man is accused of using a painkiller patch to kill his wife.
Gregory Wadlow of Middletown was arrested Friday, soon after a grand jury indicted him in the 2004 death of his wife, 40-year-old Kelly Wadlow. She died of an overdose of fentanyl.
So far, authorities have not commented on a motive.
Kelly Wadlow's family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Gregory Wadlow in 2005. It claimed the prescription belonged to Gregory Wadlow, who was disabled after a 2001 work accident.
Wadlow is jailed in St. Charles County on $1 million cash-only bail.
