"I am proud and honored to have two outstanding Jefferson Citians as co-chairs -- Larry Kolb, owner of Kolb Properties, and Debbie Sanfelippo, a great lady who has worked in numerous community betterment projects," said Landwehr.
Accountant John Sheehan, a partner at the Williams-Keepers firm, will serve as campaign treasurer.
Kolb noted this is the city's first non-partisan election. "If we can achieve a 51 percent majority on Feb. 4, the race would be over. We plan on working very hard to make that happen," said Kolb.
Sanfelippo has worked with Landwehr on various community projects.
"John will lead by ... forming consensus," she said. "I am delighted to be a part of his election effort. This is an important race for Jefferson City and we plan on doing everything we can to make it a successful one."
On Feb. 4, Landwehr will face two other candidates -- Third Ward Councilman Cliff Olsen and local resident Cari Skain.
Landwehr served three terms as a city councilman for the First Ward from 1994 to 2000. He is a partner in the law firm of Cook, Vetter, Doerhoff and Landwehr in Jefferson City.
